Serial Number Submission

After you start L-Lingo Professional or L-Lingo Standard you will be prompted to key in your serial number. The serial number is mentioned in your order confirmation email that you have received after your purchase.

Please note that when activating L-Lingo you need to have an active Internet connection in place in order to verify your Serial Number. In certain cases it might be that you have to click on the submit button twice.

Code Signing Certificate

We are currently in the progress of getting a code signing certificate for our Desktop Application. Until we have received the same, the installation might display the following warning:

Be assured that our application does not contain any viruses or malware. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us under [email protected].

Installer ‘not responding’ under Windows 7

In some cases, the installer might show a ‘non responding’ text in the window title.  Dont worry if you see this and just wait a while, the application normally just installs fine.

Fonts not displayed correctly on first launch

Sometimes when the application is first launch, the fonts are not displayed correctly. In this case, then pls restart your computer and the problem should be solved. If not, pls email us under [email protected]
